An NBtax Condition Assessment will take note of the ‘as built finish’ of your property. From our initial review of purchase documentation, contract of sale, agreed finishes and specifications we have a unique understanding of what was agreed to be built.
We will inspect your property on your behalf, and produce an assessment on the condition of the finishes within the property good or bad. If we find that the agreed finishes and specifications within your purchase contract don’t match that which has been installed will we highlight this in our assessment. This may enable you to take the relevant action.
