Our Community

The property industry is working with community organisations to help tackle problems of homelessness in our society. Through our support of the Property industry Foundation (PIF) initiatives, we are continuing to raise funds to build accommodation and provide assistance to prevent youth homelessness.

Among the many Foundation events we have supported are the Sailing Cup Challenge, and the Tour de PIF held in Brisbane and Sydney in 2018 and 2019.

Championing Diversity

Our company recognises the importance of nurturing talent and encouraging professional development.

As part of our commitment, we're pleased to support the fantastic work done by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) in providing mentorship programs. Kath Hemphill, National Residential Manager is a strong advocate for the NAWIC in Queensland, volunteering to help the committee promote their programs.

We're honoured to be able to contribute and give back to our profession.

Property Council of Australia - Girls in Property

This brilliant initiative provides high school students with hand-ons activities, site tours, career information, and talks from leading property professionals. The students receive valuable advice from leading experts about the property industry and its contribution to our community.

We congratulate the Property Council of Australia and fellow property professionals on the program, and look forward to supporting its rollout to all Australian students.

Kath Hemphill, National Residential Manager, participated in the Queensland Girls in Property event in 2018 and 2019, facilitating workshops and assisting the students with their activities.
